Amphenol is acquiring CommScope’s Connectivity and Cable Solutions business for $10.5 billion, strengthening its presence in data centers, broadband, and smart buildings. The deal follows its 2023 purchase of CommScope’s Andrew unit and is expected to boost 2025 sales.
