Verizon Business has announced that it will provide a variety of network connectivity options to Siemens, a German global technology business, in order to maintain the security of its employees’ devices and data. The solutions will provide Siemens employees in smaller office locations with a smooth “plug and play” user experience while emphasizing security and zero trust principles. Siemens’ zero-trust initiative demands that all employee devices be verified, approved and continually checked before access to mission-critical applications and data is granted or retained. Telgorithm launches a new product feature dubbed Time Routing Telgorithm, an A2P text messaging API provider, has introduced Time Routing, a novel product feature that enables enterprises to better manage queued A2P messages. Businesses may use this tool to plan communications in advance, cancel them, or “expire” queued messages that are no longer required owing to time constraints on a per campaign basis. Attentive’s State of Conversational Commerce Report indicates that consumers are increasingly comfortable interacting with brands, as long as they perceive value. The report surveyed over 8,000 consumers from the US, Canada, the UK and Australia and found that 91% of those questioned have opted into the SMS program of at least one brand, or are interested in doing so. Conversational commerce refers to interactive, people-driven experiences that support the entire customer buying experience, from awareness to post-purchase. The report showed that conversational commerce has been widely adopted in the shopping journey. This approach presents an opportunity for brands to engage with customers and close a revenue gap through personalized, immediate attention. The majority of respondents (88%) would engage in a two-way conversation with a brand about a product, and 87% would reach out to resolve a checkout issue. The European Commission has given Orange Belgium permission to purchase 75% of the capital, less one share, of VOO SA. The decision, which was made public on March 21, allows Orange Belgium to proceed with the proposed acquisition and strengthens the business’s convergent multigigabit strategy on a national scale.   Orange Belgium’s undertakings, according to the European Commission, completely resolve the competition issues discovered during the purchase process. NTT DoCoMo partners with Ericsson and Keysight on 6G NTT DoCoMo has announced the expansion of its experimental 6G trials, for which it has teamed with Ericsson and Keysight. The collaboration with Ericsson will concentrate on new 6G wireless interfaces for frequencies ranging from 6 to 15 GHz, as well as the sub-TeraHertz band, which encompasses frequencies exceeding 100 GHz.
