NTT DoCoMo partners with Ericsson and Keysight on 6G NTT DoCoMo has announced the expansion of its experimental 6G trials, for which it has teamed with Ericsson and Keysight. The hack, which was discovered on January 5th, is thought to have started on November 25th, 2022. China Mobile and Ericsson have announced the launch of two energy-efficient 5G sites in China as part of their efforts to conserve energy and reduce carbon emissions. The Ericsson Smart Site offers new levels of quality assurance, the intelligent administration of various energy sources, full-stack real-time monitoring, and intelligent energy and service synergy. The initial facility, located in Jiangsu Province, runs on the 700MHz frequency and emits no carbon dioxide. The second facility, in Guangdong, operates on the 2.6GHz frequency. Viasat, a leading global communications company, has announced that it has been awarded a contract extension worth up to $325 million over a five-year period by the US Special Operations Command (SOCOM).
