Rectitude 369, a technological solutions company specializing in cybersecurity, data center, cloud, networking and unified communications, has purchased Managed Hosting and Government Cloud Division from a Dallas-based IT solutions provider. Contracts and support of Managed Hosting and Government Cloud Customers will be transferred to Rectitude 369 as per the terms of the agreement. Rectitude 369 has been granted FedRAMP permission as a result of the takeover. FedRAMP is a government-wide initiative that offers a consistent method of security evaluation, authorization and continuous monitoring for cloud products and services.
