Enreach UK has launched Enreach Contact Anywhere, a Fixed-Mobile Convergence (FMC) solution that integrates fixed-line and mobile services. By using one number and one device, this innovative solution addresses the increasing need for efficient mobile usage within businesses, boosting productivity and simplifying professional communications across various industry sectors.

Enreach, Europe’s leading provider of converged contact solutions has today announced that Bertrand Pourcelot, Enreach for Service Providers’ Chief Executive Officer, and Tonny Siemons, Enreach’s Business Development Lead for Cloud IT, will each join panel sessions at the upcoming CCA European Summit. The event takes place 19-21 June 2024 at the Hotel Palacio Estoril in Estoril, Portugal.

Enreach for Service Providers, part of Enreach, the fast-growing European contact leader, has today announced a partnership with Netherlands-based CloudCTI, which delivers cloud-based CRM and ERP integrations to telecom service providers and resellers. The agreement will provide customers with access to 200+ CRM integrations. It will also support the customer experience (CX), analytics features and AI roadmap within Enreach UP, which combines, UCaaS, CCaaS and productivity tools in a fully converged contact solution, optimised for desktop, IP phone or mobile devices.

With the looming switch-off of ISDN and PSTN circuits, businesses in the UK will have no choice but to update their phone systems to the cloud before December 2025. This is when the old networks will be turned off. These older networks are being replaced with newer technology, such as VoIP as well as the discontinuation of ISDN and PSTN; broadband lines with a dial tone such as ADSL and FTTC are also being discontinued and replaced with new products such as SOGEA and FTTP (Fiber to the Premise).
