Telinta’s new VoIP DID and Wholesale Solution.

Telinta, known for offering “White Label services,” is launching two new features: a new VoIP DID and a Wholesale Solution that will be toll-free. This will allow companies to sell in a much easier way Wholesale DIDs combines with Toll-Free numbers. All will be included, like switching, billing, customizing the portal, providing features and resources for resellers, etc. Telinta has a cloud-based platform called Telicore offering API to DID providers, that includes, among many others, VoIP Innovations, Voxbone and Magic Telecom. Their new all-in-one solution for VoIP service providers allows them to offer DIDs and Toll-free numbers to resellers and clients alike. Yeastar is a Chinese company founded in 2006 and based in Xiamen. It offers innovative equipments in VoIP PBX systems and VoIP Gateways for the SMB. Since then, Yeastar became a leader in the industry. On the other hand, Snom (a leading German manufacturer) started in 1997 as one of the first to understand the VoIP technology, thus offering in 2001 the first IP phone. In India, the TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) recommended that providers will be allowed to offer app-based VoIP services through Wi-Fi. Those calls will be considered the same way as classic calls. Thus the operators will have to have to follow the rules forme the TRAI. The consequences are interesting for a country that can be subject to issues on phone connectivities to the network. With this recommendation, you can now have the service from your regular provider with one phone number, and get the app of that same company, and use the same number for both. However, you can also download the app from another provider and get another phone number for VoIP, and use it through Wi-Fi. Saudi Arabia Lifts Ban on VoIP Calls and Videos

The Saudis were over the moon with joy after their Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Abdullah Al-Sawah, announced on September 20, that the ban on all voice and video call services, which prevented Saudis and expatriate residents from communicating with the outside world, will be lifted. The decision is part of the new national strategy, known as Vision 2030, to expand the country’s economy and attract more business to the country in sectors such as tourism, entertainment, and telecommunications. The minister tweeted that the unblocking of VoIP calls will be made within a week with the help and support of telecom partners and in line with their #customer_first policy. “And we still strive for more,” he added.
