Micro Plus Software Ltd, known as Tollring, recently announced a strategic equity alliance with Amity Solutions, a move expected to significantly enhance the voice analytics and recording industry. The collaboration is aimed at accelerating the development of Generative AI-powered applications, thereby expanding Tollring’s product offerings and global reach.

The partnership represents a major milestone for both companies. Amity Solutions, a leading software and AI firm based in Thailand and owned by the UK-headquartered Amity Corp., seeks to boost the adoption of its GenAI-centric portfolio. This will help improve communication, productivity, and customer satisfaction across various sectors.

As part of this collaboration, Amity Solutions will become a majority shareholder in Tollring and will use its AI Lab resources to enhance Tollring’s voice analytics software with advanced Generative AI capabilities. This will provide unique, enhanced value to Tollring’s partners and customers. Additionally, Amity Solutions will introduce complementary software solutions, including an AI-powered chatbot/voicebot platform, to address customer acquisition and retention challenges more effectively.

Amity Solutions’ extensive network in Southeast Asia will also play a crucial role in Tollring’s international expansion. This will enable Tollring to better support its global partners and customers. Tollring, founded in 1993, has established itself as a market leader in customer experience analytics and recording solutions.

Keng Teik Koay, Group CEO of Amity Solutions, praised Tollring’s management team and expressed excitement about the opportunities ahead for the combined businesses. “We have been very impressed with Tollring’s management team, and we look forward to supporting the business under Tony’s leadership. We are extremely excited about the opportunity that lies ahead for our combined business as we look forward to taking our collectively enhanced solutions to the global market,” Koay stated.

Tony Martino, CEO of Tollring, echoed the enthusiasm, saying, “Tollring has gone from strength to strength in recent years. Our success is built on a great workplace culture and a strong product strategy focused on delivering the needs of our customers. We are very excited about the next chapter of our journey as part of Amity Group where we will deliver unprecedented scale and value to our customers and partners.”
