Cerillion, a prominent BSS/OSS-as-a-Service provider, has secured a strategic agreement with Ucom, a leading telecom player in Armenia, for a comprehensive digital transformation. The implementation of their pre-integrated BSS/OSS suite aims to enhance Ucom’s quadruple-play services and sustain its growth trajectory.

Ucom, with its advanced infrastructure including 4G/5G networks and fiber connectivity, serves both individual and business clients. A unified solution is crucial for them to efficiently scale operations and ensure cohesive customer experiences across channels.

After rigorous assessment of various BSS/OSS solutions, Ucom chose Cerillion for its broad functionality and SaaS model. This decision aligns with managing personalization through configuration, rather than customization, while maintaining control over daily operations. General Director of Ucom, Ralph Yirikian, stated, “These reference visits proved to be invaluable, seeing the software used and talking with the teams validated our own technical assessment, and gave us absolute confidence in the certainty of outcome that Cerillion delivers.”

Cerillion’s CEO, Louis Hall, expressed excitement over this new partnership, stating, “We are thrilled to welcome Ucom as a very important new client and our first in the Caucasus region.” This partnership marks a milestone in Cerillion’s global strategy, with commitments to fostering innovation and meeting strategic goals.
