Why did you choose the telecom sector for your career?
I had always dreamed of a job, where I could interact with high-level business customers, meet interesting people, travel, and explore the world. So, I didn’t have any doubts when I took this job offer – a sixth sense told me that this is where I will be happy. 4 years have passed since then and I don’t even feel like I’m working because of how passionate I am about what I do. There is nothing better than doing what you love and what makes you happy – and I even get paid for it.
What were your first days at DIDWW like?
I remember being scared, totally overwhelmed with so much information, as everything seemed so difficult to me. However, I was also intrigued by all the advancements in the telecom sector, so I decided to take up the challenge and become a professional in this field.
What personality traits have you developed while working at DIDWW?
I used to be impatient and expected immediate results, but the sales process is a bit different and might even take years. You know what they say – “It takes a little patience and faith, but it’s worth the wait.”
What is your approach to finalizing a deal?
There is something about each deal because it is much more than having a customer converted or the contract signed. For me, it means building and maintaining a long-standing relationship, so each partnership for me is memorable and special. Also, I think that believing in the success of every business partnership is what makes any dream deal come true.
What fascinates you most in your work?
A career in sales is fascinating because of the never ending challenges. There are always new customers to win over, new products to sell, or more commissions to earn. I am a highly competitive person, especially with myself, so, while being engaged in sales, I never miss opportunities to motivate myself and aim higher.
What is your advice on keeping a customer happy?
A customer is happy when he feels cared for, supported and satisfied. You have to be customer-oriented and always ready to go the extra mile. It is important for me to see my customers succeed and I know this can be only achieved by providing solutions that help the customers to grow their business, rather than just selling anything for profit.
What is your advice for maintaining such a driven personality?
The most important things for me are: the desire to succeed, setting clear goals, striving for the best possible results, and, of course, truly believing in my goal and in myself. This is my personal life motto.
How has the company itself changed during your career?
DIDWW is constantly expanding and evolving, services are being improved, new products and features are being launched. In its quest to stay on top, the company has become even more innovative and customer-centric, so I am really happy to be part of this amazing team.
