According to the Small Business Administration, nearly 32 million small businesses operate in the U.S., with some rural areas still grappling with inadequate broadband access. A Google-sponsored survey revealed that 8 percent of businesses with fewer than 250 employees lack sufficient broadband access. However, the Small Business Index Q3 2023 indicates a positive outlook, with small businesses expressing optimism about the economy and their overall health.
