Reinvent Telecom Launches MyCloud UCaaS to Empower Resellers

Reinvent Telecom has unveiled MyCloud UCaaS, a next-generation unified communications and collaboration (UC&C) platform. Based in Scottsdale, AZ, the company aims to bolster revenue for its white-label and co-branded reseller partners.

MyCloud UCaaS boasts a cloud-based, scalable infrastructure designed to offer high-demand services. These services include unified communications, collaboration, video meetings, call center solutions, call management, voice-to-text voicemail, a built-in auto attendant, interactive voice response (IVR), and call recording. Optional integration with Microsoft Teams further enhances its capabilities.

Remote and mobile workers can use the MyCloud Web App, MyCloud Mobile or Mobile Pro, MyCloud Meeting, and a web-based management portal to stay connected.

MyCloud UCaaS offers three seat options—Simple, Basic, and Call Center—each with local and long-distance calling. Basic and Call Center seats also include business SMS/MMS and web meeting services at no extra charge. Reinvent simplifies the billing process by separating line items for usage and software to minimize taxes and maximize revenue.
