NTT Data recently unveiled its new Agentic AI suite, aimed at transforming business operations across manufacturing, banking, and healthcare industries. This suite supports private AI agent development using cloud hyperscaler platforms like Microsoft’s Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio. Available in 20 languages, NTT Data’s services promise to become a key facilitator for businesses keen on leveraging AI to enhance enterprise operations.
The Agentic AI Services for Hyperscaler AI Technologies work with various AI platforms to address evolving technological demands. The company anticipates generating $2 billion in revenues related to AI agent activities by 2027. This initiative builds on the company’s earlier introduction of Smart AI Agents, fostering generative AI adoption among enterprises.
Simultaneously, NTT Data announced a significant investment in India’s AI infrastructure. They commissioned an 8,100-kilometer submarine cable system connecting Malaysia, India, and Singapore. They are also expanding their data center capacity by inaugurating a 500 MW data centre campus. The initiative underscores their commitment to renewable energy, with two-thirds of Indian data centers running on sustainable sources.
The company offers software solutions to automate processes in customer service, billing, scheduling, training, logistics, and HR. By providing flexible packages, NTT Data aims to align offerings with diverse budgets and resources. These comprehensive solutions encompass advisory, implementation, and continuous management services. They ensure seamless connectivity with their global cloud-native connectivity services.
According to Gartner, the AI services market could reach $609 billion by 2028, reflecting a 21.4% annual growth. Notably, 33% of enterprise applications are expected to incorporate agentic AI, rising sharply from current adoption rates. Furthermore, 15% of workplace decisions could soon be driven by AI agents. NTT Data’s research reveals companies prioritizing AI for workflow optimization, with a staggering 96% favoring cloud-based solutions.
