MS3 Networks, a leading full-fibre network operator, has achieved a significant milestone by surpassing 200,000 premises with its network build in the Hull and the Humber region of England. Over the past two years, the company has been rapidly expanding its network, with the additional achievement of connecting its 10,000th customer in Hull.
This milestone reflects MS3’s progress towards its ambitious target of covering over 500,000 premises with its 10Gb fibre network. The company has extended its reach to more than 200,000 homes and businesses across the North of England, with completed builds in locations such as Scunthorpe and Immingham, ongoing projects in Mexborough and Grimsby, and a commitment to finishing the majority of its Hull build by the end of 2024.
In Hull, where MS3 is headquartered, the network rollout has reached 113,000 premises, of which 93,000 are currently able to order services. Through a network of 15 residential and 35 business partners, customers can access MS3’s services directly or via the MS3.net price comparison site. The company’s customer penetration rate in Hull stands at 14.3% twelve months after build, with Hull set to become the first location on MS3’s network to achieve 10,000 customer fibre connections next month.
MS3’s expansion strategy is focused on addressing the digital divide, particularly in underserved areas like Hull, which have historically faced higher prices due to the dominance of incumbent operators. By providing reliable, ultrafast internet and offering it to multiple ISP partners at competitive rates, MS3 aims to promote digital inclusion, enabling more individuals and businesses to access the internet.

Despite only commencing the build two years ago, MS3 has achieved impressive take-up levels in several areas of Hull, surpassing 20%.
