iPECS Cloud 5.0 includes enhancements to the iPECS ONE collaboration service as well as connectivity with Microsoft Productivity tools. Device integration for Android and iOS mobile users, as well as call recording and compliance tools have been added to iPECS ONE to improve the user experience and provide administrators and compliance teams with added confidence in controlling their voice interactions.
