Broadvoice’s Customer Satisfaction Strategy Earns Bronze Stevie Award

Broadvoice, a provider of omnichannel contact center platforms and unified communications for small and mid-market enterprises and BPOs, has been recognized for its outstanding customer satisfaction strategy. The company’s Broadvoice Success Program has been awarded a Bronze Stevie Award for Best Customer Satisfaction Strategy. Judges praised Broadvoice’s approach as “impressive” and “significant,” highlighting its exceptional commitment to client satisfaction.

This accolade marks the fourth consecutive year that Broadvoice has been honored by the prestigious international competition for excellence in customer service. Previous achievements include Bronze Stevie Awards in 2022 and 2023 for Best Customer Satisfaction Strategy and three Silver Stevie Awards in 2021 for various customer service categories. Additionally, the Broadvoice Success Program received the Excellence in Customer Service Award from the Business Intelligence Group in 2022 and 2023.

Broadvoice’s Chief Operating Officer, Herb Pyles, expressed satisfaction with the company’s ongoing success, stating, “When we started the Broadvoice Success Program a few years ago, we challenged ourselves not only to beat the competition but to set new standards.”

The Broadvoice Success Program focuses on providing personalized attention to customers during the crucial first 90 days after onboarding. Each customer, regardless of size, is assigned an orientation specialist to facilitate the learning process, ensure proper system setup, and maximize platform utilization. Since its inception in 2021, the program has contributed to Broadvoice achieving an impressive 93% customer satisfaction score. Moreover, the company has recorded a 17% reduction in customer support calls and an 11% decrease in technical inquiries.

Judges commended Broadvoice’s program for its comprehensive and proactive approach, emphasizing its role in fostering long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty. This strategic emphasis on customer success, rather than mere transactional interactions, reflects Broadvoice’s commitment to a customer-centric culture.

Broadvoice’s recognition underscores its dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences and setting industry benchmarks for service excellence.
