Cyta, the leading telecommunications provider in Cyprus, has partnered with Netcracker to implement a comprehensive IT upgrade as part of a sweeping digital transformation initiative. This collaboration aims to replace Cyta’s outdated IT infrastructure with a state-of-the-art BSS (Business Support System) and OSS (Operations Support System) platform. With substantial investments made in their island-wide 5G network and fiber installation, the new system by Netcracker will help Cyta monetize these advancements and significantly improve customer experiences.
The transformation is built upon Netcracker’s Digital BSS and Digital OSS products, part of their flagship Digital Platform. This will enable Cyta to move away from its inefficient legacy systems, offering better internal efficiencies, faster market response times, and superior customer service.
