Expanding its reach in the realm of AI, Huawei Cloud has launched an array of solutions tailored for over 30 industry verticals, including manufacturing, finance, and retail. This announcement was made during the recent Huawei Cloud Industry Summit at the Huawei Connect 2025 event.
Charles Yang, Senior Vice President of Huawei and President of Huawei Cloud Global Marketing and Sales Services, mentioned, “AI is reshaping industries and our lives.” Yang emphasized the pivotal role of computing, algorithm, and data in crafting industry-specific AI applications. This focus has allowed Huawei Cloud to deploy solutions in more than 500 scenarios globally.
The uniqueness of Huawei Cloud’s offerings lies in their design, aligning with specific industry needs throughout every deployment phase. Joy Huang, Vice President of Huawei Cloud, highlighted in his keynote, “Accelerating Intelligence with Huawei Cloud,” that Huawei’s cloud-native containers have achieved global leadership recognition. Huawei’s big data and data warehouse solutions also hold a dominant position in the Chinese market.
Driving customer transformation is an ongoing commitment for Huawei Cloud. Huang also announced the Enterprise Architecture Bench (EAB) launch. This framework leverages Huawei’s extensive experience, facilitating easy deployment and management of AI solutions across various scenarios.
Huawei is also advancing its AI infrastructure with the CloudMatrix384 AI Compute Service. It supports large-scale AI model training and inference. As CTO Bruno Zhang explained, Huawei’s CloudMatrix384 Supernode introduces a new era, offering enhanced capabilities for AI compute services, ensuring stable and efficient training with high-performance standards.
Real-world applications demonstrate Huawei Cloud’s impact. For instance, Dubai Municipality is using Huawei’s technologies such as the 3D Digital Twin Engine for innovative digital transformation in human interaction and transportation. Similarly, Conch Cement leverages Huawei Cloud to optimize production processes and management using real-time data analysis and autonomous learning.
Mi Qipei, Chief Product Officer at Gaoding (Xiamen) Technology, highlighted the enhanced design processes via Huawei’s AI solutions, creating an AI-driven community for designers. Meanwhile, XCMG collaborates to integrate AI for autonomous vehicles and machinery, enhancing manufacturing.
Moreover, Starzplay’s CTO, Faraz Arshad, noted how Huawei Cloud’s serverless scalability spurred the platform’s development, enhancing user experience and supporting growth. Similarly, Itaú Unibanco in Brazil leveraged Huawei’s security and automation capabilities to fast-track its cloud migration strategy.
Huawei Cloud is leading in developing AI-powered, industry-specific cloud solutions, underpinned by advanced infrastructure and software tools. The successful deployments affirm their role in transforming enterprises by enhancing operations, innovating capabilities, and seizing new market opportunities.
