The new solutions focus on data control and adhere to regulatory requirements, using European infrastructure for enhanced reliability.
At the Orange Business Summit 2026 in Paris, a major announcement included Live Collaboration, a robust suite for workplace tasks. This offering is hosted on Orange’s Cloud Avenue SecNum platform in France. It integrates email, videoconferencing, telephony, and more within a singular contract. Notably, Orange Business oversees the entire operational setup. This targets organizations seeking greater sovereignty over their data, positioning it as a viable alternative to existing global solutions.
This self-reliant approach is further emphasized by Christel Heydemann, CEO of Orange Group. “We drink our own orange juice,” she remarked, highlighting the internal use of Orange’s platforms to build trust with customers. Such internal deployment ensures that Orange meets stringent performance and security standards.
Additionally, the introduction of Live Intelligence Studio expands Orange Group’s AI capabilities. Developed with LangChain, it enables enterprises to deploy AI agents that handle complex workflows autonomously. Usman Javaid, chief product and marketing officer, stated, “We are moving from AI chatbots to a new era where AI agents can autonomously perform complex tasks.” This platform is hosted on European infrastructure and emphasizes governance and usage control.
In enterprise communications, Orange Business is set to enhance trust and automation through new voice-related capabilities. These include branded calling with verified caller ID, and advanced detection technologies through partners like Sensity and Reality Defender. AI integration extends into contact centers, utilizing an “agentic telephony” model. This uses AI to manage call interactions, contextual understanding, and next-step recommendations. Collaborations with Microsoft and the extension to platforms like Cisco Webex are also underway.
Together, these innovations highlight a commitment to delivering “trusted” digital infrastructure. Orange Business positions itself within a competitive landscape with an emphasis on sovereignty, governance, and integration.
