Huawei SCALE Accelerates Enterprise AI Partner Deployments

Huawei has introduced a new partner support system for large-scale AI deployments. The company announced the SCALE system at HUAWEI CONNECT 2026, alongside a refreshed customer-focused partner model.

The move targets a familiar gap in enterprise AI. Many companies can prove an idea in a lab. Far fewer can turn it into a reliable production service.

Leo Chen, Huawei’s Senior Vice President and President of Enterprise Sales, said: “The intelligent era is approaching fast. Huawei works with partners to provide products and solutions that solve real business problems.

“We want to share our own capabilities with our partners. By empowering partners this way, they can bring their unique strengths to bear and help customers move from compute construction to intelligent application.”

For telecom and IT teams, this direction matters. AI projects often need compute, storage, networking, security, and data protection. Operators also need repeatable delivery models. Without them, trials can remain isolated technical showcases.

The SCALE system aims to address that challenge. Huawei says it will support scenario-based solutions, co-innovation, aligned marketing, local services, quality control, and teamwork. In simpler terms, it wants partners to build, test, sell, and support AI services faster.

Chen added: “Huawei is fully committed to helping our customer-centric ‘Huawei + Partners’ collaboration system thrive. We want to help partners solve customer issues more efficiently and help customers achieve large-scale AI adoption.”

This approach could help channel partners reduce development time. It may also help customers avoid fragmented AI projects. Reference designs and testing environments can guide teams before live deployment. Huawei says these tools cover 48 high-value business scenarios.

However, the model also raises practical questions. Partners may gain speed through Huawei’s ecosystem. Yet they must also manage vendor dependence, integration choices, and customer trust. These factors matter in regulated sectors and telecom networks.

Huawei also launched two AI solutions, SMECE and DCS AI Solution. The company says they will help partners turn industry knowledge into working AI services. Its partners have already built more than 100 solutions across eight industries.

In addition, Huawei continues to promote its OpenLab platform for testing and development. Its O3 Partner Service Enablement Platform gives partners access to service resources. Huawei also says it trained more than 50,000 AI professionals in three years.

Chen concluded: “In this upcoming era of true intelligence, scaling proven practices across industries will allow more companies to thrive. Industrial intelligence is creating unprecedented opportunities, and Huawei wants to work with you, our customers and partners, to deploy successful benchmarks at scale, and bring the benefits of AI to more industries, organisations, and people.”

For the wider telecom market, SCALE shows a clear trend. AI success now depends less on demos. It depends more on repeatable delivery, trusted partners, and operational discipline.
